FAQ:

1. What happens if I need to reschedule?
Due to limited slots, rescheduling is subject to availability. Please contact us in advance.

2. What if I want more retouched images?
You can purchase additional images for 100 SGD for 1 photo or 50 SGD for more than 2 photos each after your session.

3. What should I bring to the session?
Just bring yourself and your best energy! We’ll guide you through the rest.

4. Would there be any refunds?

No, as slots are very limited. If you’re unable to attend due to emergencies, we can slot you in on a later date, subject to a case-by-case basis.

5. I wanna sign up for Headshot Day but I can’t make it on your dates. Do you have other days available?

We have our usual Modern Headshot services which is at our usual rate of 700SGD onwards. If you would like more Headshot Days, you can sign up for our Waitlist below. You get priority booking before our official announcement.

6. What shoes should I bring?
You don’t have bring any shoes for the session. See Headshot Day Variation for what type of shots we capture.

7. I require more time to get more photos captured. What do I do?
Book 2 slots back to back. So we have 40 mins++ with you in total.

8. What do you mean by 5 mins makeup and hair touch up?
This touch up service by our makeup artist helps to ensure your face does not look oily on camera and minimises the hair from looking frizzy or messy.
